Refund policy

The full text is being finalised. What follows is what currently applies.

• 100% refund of the Mở thiệp (open the invitation to guests) fee within 7 days of the moment you open the invitation, if no guest has opened it. Once a guest has opened the invitation, the fee is not refundable.
• Send your request by email, with the order code from your receipt.
• Listed prices include VAT.
