Getting started
What is Wishlyn?
Wishlyn creates online invitations for weddings, baby celebrations, graduations, birthdays, grand openings and events. Each occasion has its own website, with one shared account.
Can I use one account for every occasion?
Yes. Sign in to any Wishlyn website and use your account across the others. All your invitations are together at app.wishlyn.com.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests open a link in Zalo or Messenger, or scan a QR code. The invitation opens in their phone’s browser.
How long does it take to make an invitation?
Choosing photos and writing your invitation usually take the most time. The editor saves automatically, so you can finish over several visits.
Guests and RSVPs
How do personal guest links work?
Enter your guest list and each person gets their own link. The invitation greets that guest by name, such as “Dear Aunt Lan and family”.
How do guests RSVP?
Guests choose whether they can attend directly on the invitation, adding their party size and notes. You can view all replies in one list.
Can I send invitations through Zalo?
Yes. Paste a link into Zalo to show its preview image, name, date and time. You can also download a QR code for paper invitations.
Can I edit an invitation after sending it?
Yes, as often as you need. The link stays the same and guests see the latest version when they open it again.
Pricing and payment
How much does it cost?
Wedding invitations cost ₫199,000, then ₫99,000 from the second invitation. Other occasions: Chào Bé ₫149,000 / ₫74,000 · Ngày Ra Trường ₫99,000 / ₫49,000 · Tuổi Mới ₫99,000 / ₫49,000 · longevity ₫149,000 / ₫74,000 · Mở Hàng ₫299,000 / ₫149,000 · Hội Ngộ ₫149,000 / ₫74,000 (first / additional invitation). Pay once per invitation, with no subscription.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Wedding invitations have a 3-day trial for up to 20 guests. Every other occasion has the same 3-day trial and 20-guest limit, without requiring a card.
How do I pay?
Scan VietQR through payOS using your banking app. The invitation activates when payment arrives, and you receive an email receipt.
What if I am not satisfied?
A full refund is available within seven days of activation if no guest has opened the invitation. Once a guest has opened it, the fee is non-refundable. Email hotro@wishlyn.com with your order reference.
Gifts and privacy
Does gift money pass through Wishlyn?
No. The invitation’s VietQR code points straight to your bank account. Wishlyn never holds or handles gift money.
Can baby photos appear in search engines?
No. Invitations containing children’s photos always block search indexing.
Can uploaded photos reveal our home location?
No. GPS location information is removed before photos are stored.
How long does an invitation stay online?
Invitations stay online for at least 12 months after the event. Before expiry, you can download all messages and photos.
