Privacy

The full policy will be provided by the project owner and the legal team. The principles already agreed and in effect:

• Invitations containing children’s photos always block search engines.
• Location data (GPS) in photos is removed before they are stored.
• Gift QR codes transfer straight to the family’s or organiser’s account; Wishlyn does not hold the money or charge a fee.
• Sign-in sessions last 30 days; invoices are kept for 10 years as accounting rules require.
• Photo uploads up to 50 MB, videos up to 500 MB / 3 minutes.
• Deleting your account: data is kept for 30 more days, then permanently deleted.
